Plan the actual job
Confirm the current hours with the business owner and prepare a full-size proof at the planned display location. Use a separate insert or replaceable section for frequently changing information if practical. Test the chosen wood and finish, especially the smallest schedule text. Leave room for locating the blank, mounting and any edge trim. Keep the approved schedule date in the production record so an outdated file is not reused later.
Inspect before making a batch

Choose the complete workspace configuration
X1S 2026 lists 800×800mm and 800×2000mm workspace configurations across the eligible power choices. Compare the whole blank with positioning and holding margins, rather than using artwork dimensions alone. Suitable wooden signs and panel layouts are planning examples, not guaranteed results for every species, coating or thickness. Confirm the exact package, required support surface, accessories and operating requirements on the product page before preparing the job.
