How Much Desk Space Does a First Laser Setup Need?

Mark the proposed zones with tape and rehearse loading the largest approved blank. This simple walk-through catches a wall, shelf or duct bend that a machine-dimension rectangle misses. Keep the fire-response and exit route unobstructed during the rehearsal, including when material is staged nearby.
Trace loading, air and operator space
1. Confirm current machine dimensions from the live regional page.
2. Add the material loading and removal path.
3. Trace exhaust or eligible filtration without sharp bends or blocked exits.
4. Keep cables, stop access and supervision sight lines clear.
5. Mark a separate cooling and inspection area for finished pieces.
The desk measurement must preserve a clear operator position, fire response route and real emissions path.
